Incorporated in Israel, Emblaze Ltd. is listed on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and the board of directors of Emblaze (the “Board”) has therefore decided, as a matter of best corporate practice, that the Company will comply, so far as practicable, with the main provisions of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance issued by the UK Financial Reporting Council in July 2003.
